About the mediator

Mediation

Dave Simison has hundreds of hours of training since he was first trained to be a Mediator in 1998.  He has helped resolve hundreds of cases in divorce, landlord/tenant, probate/estate and commercial/business matters.

Coaching

Dave Simison has been a mediation training coach for MICPEL, ABA and Mediation Matters.  He Co-Chairs the Certification Committee for MCDR and was Co-Chair of the Mediator Assessment Project for the Administrative Office of the Courts in Maryland
